Where will you harvest your EEG/MEG methods this season?

Twenty gardens across 3 continents participate in this edition. They are all different! All will broadcast the global plenary lectures, some will also offer local lectures, tutorials and/or poster sessions and some will even provide a unique art&science experience (check out the Lyon garden!).

The Caen Garden happens aside the annual meeting of the French Society of Psychophysiology and Cognitive  Neurosciences (SPNC) will be co-organized with Cutting Gardens and will be held at Caen University. 

SPNC (Psychophysiology and Cognitive Neuroscience Society) is a French-speaking society aiming at federating researchers in Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland) in the investigation of the association between cognition and brain activity with M/EEG methods.

The Talca Garden will be held at The Neuropsychology and Cognitive Neurosciences Research Center (CINPSI Neurocog) at the Catholic University of Maule (UCM). This event is scheduled to be an in-person gathering, but there will also be an option to broadcast it to all Gardens.

The Talca Garden will span across the four days. On the first day, we have scheduled two theoretical presentations. The second day will feature a tutorial about EEG processing (microstates). The third day we will hold a social event (pub crawling on Talca). Finally, on the fourth day we count with a tutorial on EEG methods (states of consciousness measuring).

Furthermore, we are arranging a live stream of the Global Program, allowing anyone interested to join remotely. External attendees are more than welcome to participate, but prior registration will be required for attendance.

Becoming a member of CuttingEEG is mandatory

Context

The CuttingEEG association is behind the global coordination of the CuttingGardens event. The concept got introduced in 2020, at the end of our LiveMEEG experiment. Today, we are proud to offer this event of a new type to strengthen our international research community, and we hope that you will take part, wherever you are.

Membership?

Organizing such an event entails costs. All participants of the Gardens have to become members of the CuttingEEG association. The yearly subscription is fixed to 50€. This membership fee is either paid by individual participants, or by the Gardens they are attending the event from (see registration forms on each Garden website).
